Psychotherapy was developed on the notion that much of what creates our malaise, are experiences and incorrect core beliefs that are unconscious. Hypnosis has been useful in psychotherapy from the early days to the present, in making phenomena that has been unconscious, accessible to the conscious mind. I have found hypnotherapy useful in inducing a past-life or early-life regression, in supporting commitment to a goal, and in enhancing performance in academics, and in sports.
